Our Smocked Ruffle Dress is Mila's new favorite dress.  From the moment she tried on the first sample, she didn't want to take it off.  She even wore the sample to school the next day.  Smocked bodice is comfortable and stretchy.  Ruffle skirt makes this dress extra twirl-worthy.  Perfect for both formal occasions and everyday adventures.  Your little one is sure to love this dress!
